It is of common understanding that mobility periods abroad and the soft skills associated with these have a positive impact on the future career perspectives and employability of learners. The understanding on how such learning mobility outcomes are relevant to specific academic disciplines is however limited and is therefore addressing an actual need to justify mobility in academic terms.
