This poster illustrates the Erasmus Skills project & the methodology used to create a tool that allows students to self-assess the competences acquired while studying abroad. It shows the questionnaires that students fulfill before & after mobility and an example of the visual representation of the learning curve between the two questionnaires. Finally, it looks into how the visualization of the developed tool will help students conceptualize the benefits of their experience, and use these results in their next steps in life. This poster was presented at NAFSA 2020
